Currently responsible in managing Singapore Polytechnic’s recruitment process and talent brand for academic, administrative and research positions. In addition, support is rendered in manpower planning, generating information for HR survey and analysis of data. Believes that Human Resource is an important agent in aligning business objectives and in achieving strategic goals. Besides strategies, people are what makes up an organisation and nothing is more important than hiring someone who fits the job/organisation, developing and retaining staff.
