I graduated in 1988 in Cagliari in Economics with honors.
Then I attended the VI° Master of Economic Development on Advanced Services - Ist. Tagliacarne - Rome and the first Master of Science of Organization - AILUN - Nuoro.
I was hired by the ISSO Spa Marketing and Human Resources Milan (now Watson Wyatt) as a junior consultant and, in about three years of collaboration, I worked on consulting projects and teaching on the topics of Organizational Behavior and Marketing in the Service Companies.
In 1993 I was hired by the Consorzio Ventuno - Instrumental Body of the Sardinian Region becoming operational coordinator of "Clusters and business networks Division."
