Starting at the strategy department of an international ad agency I have watched how ideas are formed and cultivated for mostly offline marketing activities. Later at a multinational FMCG company, I learned telling apart which ideas are worth to run after. And ran after some awarded ad works as well as first community website in the country during the year 2000, probably leading social media efforts in Turkey.
