I am a tech futurist, agilist and lean design philosopher. I have worked in the new media creative industry since 1993. Rumours are, I created the first animated gif, designed the first secure online musical distribution service, before itunes: Cerberus Sound and Vision, launched the first online music publication, The NME.com and helped set up the first integrated UK design agency, Conchango, now part of EMC Consulting.
