I am a leader in the service design space with almost 10 years of experience improving service delivery for organizations and their clients. I've worked with clients in the public and not for profit sector such as Toronto Public Library and the Ministry of the Attorney General, as well as private sector clients like Shoppers Drug Mart, Porter Airlines, and RBC Insurance. I frequently speak on design around the world, including at conferences such as the Service Experience Conference, Interaction 16, and The Design Innovation Summit. I also teach and guest lecture at programs like the iSchool at U of T, Hacker You, and the National College of Art and Design in Ireland.
