My career started in advertising and branding, and has evolved into user experience strategy. On a day to day level, I spend my time dreaming with clients, discovering the users wants and needs, providing plans and road maps for the entire product journey. Finding the balance between the nuances in a product or service with the practical needs of the user at any given time, I strive to cultivate experiences on and offline that line up with the brand intent.
