My business degree helps me understand the current needs of the company and then identify content opportunities to address those needs—such as a webcast to directly address product concerns with customers or a new SlideShare to build awareness and drive new visitors to our website. From deciding on the overarching strategy to getting elbow-deep in the nitty gritty details, I follow through until there's an end product to be proud of.
