I am a seasoned UX researcher with deep experience in both design and market research. I work closely with designers of all stripes, helping them hone in on designs that can make the most impact. I focus on incremental, tactical steps for improvement, without losing sight of my strategic direction. I teach and live lateral thinking and design innovation.
