I combine years of tech marketing experience with a longstanding passion and interest in software, media and storytelling.
I started writing games reviews when I was 15, setting me up for being a journalist in Bath, UK, writing for Future Publishing under the leadership of Chris Anderson, now of TED.
Roles at IT services firms Computerland, Wang, CSC and Unisys led to new experiences: building websites when the Internet was in its infancy, establishing a CRM practice when CRM was barely an acronym, co-founding a CRM Application Service Provider (ASP) before Software as a Service was a term, and launching a multi-product ASP and global centre of excellence at Unisys.
